Job Description
- Handle Inbound and Outbound calls
- To Assist Customers via telephone calls and from multiple channels
- Follow Communication scripts while handling different queries.
- Identify customer needs; clarify information; research every information and provide accurate solutions.
- Accurately identify and verify the identity of the customers.
- Keen eye on suspicious activity and writing reports
- Reviewing and assessing documentation regarding new customers.
- Ensuring Personal Information data security of the customers.
- Serve as a middlemen between the company and debtors of the company
- Comply with all RBI regulations while discussing debt recovery
- Managing delinquent Customer accounts and recovering balances.
- Educate customers on debt delinquency while enforcing company`s credit policy.
- Work in rotational shifts and offs (No night shift)
