Job description for Sales Executive-Secured Business Loan:

1.Responsible for achieving the sales and cross-sell targets, customer satisfaction, productivity and thus enhance profitability.
2.Responsible for establishing the Company brand and managing the sales and business development activities in the rate sensitive LAP/ SBL segment in the given branch.
3.The incumbent is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of the local LAP/SBL market.
4.Responsible for ensuring the adherence of KYC documents as per the guidelines by the company.
5.Responsible for Smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service.
6.Responsible for ensuring the proper completion of the files within timeline as per the company checklist.
7.Manage sales for Loan against Property.
8.Constantly have a rapport with the operating units to customize and develop solutions.
9.Work closely with Branch Manager for new customer addition
