We're searching for a Digital Analyst with experience using analytics tools for data analysis, gleaning insights, providing reporting, and finding opportunities for improvement in campaign performance and across digital marketing initiatives. This role has the responsibility to help shape the direction of digital strategy through the delivery of thoughtful insights across client engagements.

About you :
- A data-driven problem solver who excels at turning complex datasets into compelling insights.
- A logical and analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail, adept at recognizing patterns, identifying trends, and understanding the underlying "why" behind data.
- An effective communicator who can clearly articulate insights and present data-driven recommendations, contributing valuable perspectives on key digital trends and strategies.
What you'll do :
- Support measurement, analysis, and performance reporting for assigned engagements
- Implement frameworks across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, test plans, and tagging plans
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data to uncover valuable insights and craft strategic recommendations and optimizations
- Identify core metrics and visualize data to build dashboards and reports to measure performance against objectives
- Set up a tracking mechanism (e.g. event and conversion tracking) on websites and other digital assets
- Use analytics to support the design of hypothesis-based A/B, multivariate, and conversion testing to optimize digital campaigns and experiences
- Provide a point of view on digital strategy, attribution, audiences/segmentation, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
What you'll need :
- 2-3 years of digital analytics experience at an agency preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Looker) and digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Proficiency with SQL, SAS, Python, and R to manipulate, arrange, query, and present data is a plus
