This role will report directly to Lars Andersen, Senior Director of Product at Cimpress Open, and collaborate with him on the organization's growth.
What You Will Do :
- Oversee Data Collection and Analysis : Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of product data to ensure accuracy, relevance, and comprehensiveness.
- Develop Reporting Interfaces : Create and maintain dashboards and reporting interfaces for both internal and external stakeholders to track product performance, ensuring they are user-friendly and insightful.
- Provide Actionable Insights : Deliver actionable insights to inform product decisions and strategies, ensuring data-driven and evidence-based decision-making.
- Monitor Key Metrics : Keep a close watch on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
- Enable Data-Driven Decisions : Ensure the wider team makes informed, data-based decisions by providing the necessary interfaces, analyses, and training.
- Foundation for Evolving Decision-Making : Establish a strong foundation in current and future data sources to enhance the team's understanding and evolution of decision-making processes.
- Learn and grow with us : Work closely with the wider team to learn and grow as a key part of driving the business forward.

Required Skill Sets :
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and digital design software platforms is a plus.
