Job Description
- Formulation and Periodic Review of Management Policies & Strategies. Budget Control and Payments.
- Overall Management of the Organization including HQ Branch office in India & UK (London).
- Authorized signatory for the signing of the certificates. Conduct of Management Review Meetings Quarterly. Approval of Witness Qualifying reviewers. Conducting Witness Qualifying Reviews. Arranging the Appeal & Hearing Panel through Advisory Committee for Impartiality. Managing all Accreditations including foreign country office held accreditation. Authorized signatory for the signing of Appointment Letters.
- Approving Nominee for the Investigation of complaint about BSCIC or its Client.
- Monitoring of BSCIC Impartiality Compliance in Business Development NACE Code, Technical Areas based competence allocations and approvals. Competence based Auditor Qualification and annual reviews. Public Relations & Publicity. Manpower Planning and Recruitment. Company Law Matters (Liaisoning with Company Law Advisor). Development & Management of External Resource Assessors. Approvals of Payments to suppliers. Internal Audits and Convening Management Review Meetings. Analysis of Operational Performance data and Process Trends. Control of Documents and Records (through Process owners). Management Information Systems. Expansion of Business in countries. Issue Management Standing Instructions. Monthly review overall business analysis cash flow analysis.
- Monthly review MIS Analysis of each key salesperson /sales head & MIS Analysis of Operations, Assessment, Compliance & Accreditation functions.
- Must be able to correlate Business Analytical systems.
- Company law matters must be able to safeguard HR Code of Conduct/HR Briefing with legal advisors.
- Must be able to manage upcoming IT Technologies with IT managers & IT Co-Ordinators.
- An Engineering Graduate/A Post Graduate Minimum in Engineering or Science or Management.
- Must have a Certification Body Experience minimum 22-25 years in Management system /Third party inspection/ Lead Auditor Training Services/Sustainability & GHG Schemes.
For Management Systems:
- Must have Experience of at least as Head Operations/Technical for 10 years.
- In addition, overall minimum four years in senior capacity in Third party inspection /Operation experience.
- Lead auditor with CQI IRCA schemes must have an experience of management of accreditations schemes at least 5 years.
- A thorough understanding of ISO 17021 standards.
- A thorough understanding of IAF, MDs (Mandatory Documents), IDs.
- A thorough understanding of risk assessment for management system Certification bodies.
- Must be A Lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, with minimum audit experience of 1000+ Mandays in above schemes.
For Third Party Inspection:
Thorough understanding of ILAC procedures & Documentations.
For Training Services:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience for overall CQI IRCA training courses.
- Thorough understanding in tutoring, must have experience as lead tutor in delivering IRCA Course /Minimum 20 QMS Lead auditor courses / 15 EMS Lead Auditor Courses /15 OHSMS Lead auditor Courses.
- Weightage will be given for other lead Auditor course delivery experience such as Energy, Information security.
- must be able to design content of training slides.
Thorough understanding of ISO 17029 series of standards. Thorough understanding of ISO 14065 & other similar standards.
- It is important to have a process excellence mindset in order to develop excellence based process management & process development throughout the tenure.
- Must be able to travel across India & where needed overseas for business expansion & setup.

Residence Requirements:
- An Indian passport holder citizen of India & must reside within 25 kms of BSCIC present office.
