360 Degree Recruitment & Account Manager

This role is perfect for a Person carrying mixed experience of recruitment + account management. Experience of new client acquisition will be an added advantage.

Role & responsibilities

• A passionate sales professional with 6-9 years of experience in the staffing industry
• Proven track record of success in closing high value positions & Account management, particularly in the Oil & Gas, Renewables, Engineering, or Life Sciences sectors
• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets
• Proficient in utilizing CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Wizard, Mercure CRM) to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions/leads, and analyse sales data
• An excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willing to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
