Job Description

Do you have a knack for creating dynamic animations and compelling motion graphics? As a Motion Designer, you ll transform static designs into engaging, moving visuals that tell a story, enhance experiences, and capture attention across digital platforms.

Your Responsibilities will include:

Design and create motion graphics, animations, and videos for web, social media, and marketing campaigns for our company and clients.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to bring concepts to life.
Experiment with animation styles and techniques to innovate and improve.
Stay updated on motion design trends and best practices to ensure animations done by Brucira remain innovative and cutting-edge.

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio highlighting 2D/3D animations, kinetic typography, and multimedia projects.
Expertise in tools such as Adobe After Effects, LottieFiles, and Premiere Pro.
Proficiency in vector graphics, illustration, and character animation.
Strong grasp of animation principles, visual storytelling, and typography.
Knowledge of 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
Working knowledge of Cavalry and Rive is a huge plus!
Familiarity with video compression and optimization for web and mobile platforms.
Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring high-quality video outputs.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
