Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to handle and execute our digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta & Google Ads), managing social media accounts, and optimizing content for maximum engagement, reach, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative strategies.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to maintain a strong brand identity.
• Manage multiple accounts, ensuring timely posting and audience interaction.
• Generate reports on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Proven experience in managing social media accounts and running paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms.
✔ Strong knowledge of audience targeting, budgeting, and campaign optimization.
✔ Experience in content strategy, lead generation, and brand positioning.
✔ Hands-on experience with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
✔ Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
✅ Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to social media marketing.
✅ Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
