Job Description
- Should have a knowledge in handling payroll, Statutory Compliances & employee tax queries.
- Maintain salary details of employees including all break ups
- Knowledge in FBP allowance, different type of allowances exemption and perks.
- Able to handle statutory compliance like PF, ESI, PT, LWF and Shop Act (PAN India location).
- Timely and accurate filing of various returns, ETDS(24Q), PT return etc
- Knowledge of Income tax Calculation and able to handle validating the investment proof and provide the form 16 at the end of financial year.
- Ensure receipt of all supporting documents related to Full & Final Settlement
- Knowledge of Income tax declaration/Calculation
