Service Engineer

We at Bronkhorst India are a fully owned daughter company of Bronkhorst High-Tech B.V. The Netherlands and are currently hiring for "Service Engineer" with 3-5 years experience in Pune.

Position in the Organization:

• Service Engineer & reports to the Service Manager & Country Manager and works closely with the sales team.

Aim of the Job:

• To provide the best technical after sales support to customers in the area of responsibility for the service.
• The Service Engineer also provides complete service support to Pan India with the help of Bronkhorst India GSO and HQ.
• To achieve service targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• To stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to Bronkhorst.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform repair, cleaning, modification, calibration, troubleshooting, or installation assistance on Bronkhorst Gas and Liquid Flow Meter/Controllers, Pressure Meters, and Controllers in-house and on-stie.

2. Once hands-on our solutions, be capable to provide training on Bronkhorst Products including troubleshooting, startup procedures, software applications and basic maintenance.

3. Provide after sales technical assistance for Bronkhorst products via phone, email, or at the customer place.

4. Perform tasks related to root cause failure analysis and testing of electronic, mechanical, and\or electro-mechanical devices.

5. The ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.

6. Maintaining a proactive, customer-centric approach.

7. Being a good team player and working closely with relevant departments.

8. Support company continuous improvement initiatives.

9. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. A degree/diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation engineering field with a 3-5 year's experience in Field Instrumentation/Servicing/Calibration.

2. Fluent in Microsoft 365 products like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

3. Ability to quickly learn new software programs.

4. Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

5. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

6. Good Communication skills in Marathi & Hindi is added advantage.

7. Good customer management skills.

8. Must be able to communicate positively with customers, even under difficult circumstances.

9. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.

10. Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and meetings.

11. Hands-on experience in field service engineering role and support.

12. Knowledge and understanding of industrial automation process equipment and processes.

13. Previous experience with Bronkhorst Mass Flow Controllers and Products or equivalent products is desirable.
