National Delivery Head - Training & Development - Aviation Industry (17-25 yrs)

BNC has been mandated to recruit a National Delivery Head role for Aviation Industry at Gurgaon Location.

Job Description :

The National Delivery Head is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the overall training delivery and maintaining high-quality standards across all centers nationwide. The role demands a combination of strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on management to optimize both training leadership and operational efficiency. A strong background in training delivery and operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Training Strategy:

- Develop and implement a training strategy aligned with organizational objectives.

2.Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage the nationwide training team.

- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to meet or exceed targets.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and student development.

3.Training Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze training performance data.

- Achieve over 90% attendance across centers and maintain less than 5% dropout.

- Oversee student batch placements post-admission and ensure timely certification.

- Manage training slippage and leakage; implement corrective measures to maintain performance.

4.Day-to-Day Operations:

- Ensure smooth operations and efficiency in training activities across all centers.

- Manage the selection and training of trainers and coordinators nationwide.

- Conduct regular visits to training centers across India.

- Oversee faculty management and rostering, and ensure timely availability of training infrastructure and assets.

5.Company Policies & Directives:

- Ensure strict adherence to training processes, policies, and company directives.

6.Quality Assurance:

- Deliver high-quality training and meet students' placement goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1.Degree with 17-25 years of strong experience in training delivery and operations or related field.

4.Open to extensive travel

5.IT Knowledge Must be well-versed with excel, PowerPoint, word, and presentations
