Role-Business Financial Controller

Location - Gurugram Onsite

Experience -12 to 15 years in Business Finance, Financial Controllership, Business Partnering, Cost Control, Capex

Roles and Responsibilities-

- CA with 12-15 years of experience

- Business partnering: Work with business, drive growth and margin.

- Monthly performance report analysis and review:

- Preparation of monthly P&L, comparison with budget and analyzing variances, management presentations, Ad-Hoc reports as required.

- Budgeting and forecasting - Prepare Annual operating plan and forecasts in coordination with Operations, sales and various other departments.

- Efficiency projects/Cost control initiatives: Identify areas of cost efficiency and drive the initiative in coordination with various departments.

Implementation and review of financial controls:

- Ensure controls are working and work towards continuous improvement in financial controls.

- Preparing various financial models/proposals for CAPEX investments.

- Review Bid PnL: Analyse and approve the costing before submission to prospective clients.

- Work with the business team to understand and identify opportunities & risks.

Collection from clients:

- Ensure DSO is within an agreed budget.

- Work towards minimizing working capital deployment in business.
