About the Role:

We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Process Lead to join our finance team. This role involves financial modeling, forecasting, and analyzing internal and external financial data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and be able to apply theoretical knowledge to practical business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial modeling and analysis on profit & loss accounts, financial statements, costs, and revenue trends
• Develop forecasts and contribute to financial planning for future business goals.
• Evaluate the financial impact of investment opportunities, corporate transactions, and other business initiatives.
• Apply standard financial procedures to solve routine or structured problems.
• Support senior leadership with data-driven insights for strategic planning.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance financial efficiency.
• Be able to work on analytical tool and also look at automation of data, as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial concepts, forecasting, and business analysis.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial software (Excel, ERP systems, etc. ).
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to exchange information and collaborate effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work within standardized procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
