• Feedback Integration: Analyze learning consumption and feedback surveys to ensure materials remain relevant and effective, and report trends to technical content development leaders, advising on what needs to be added to the backlog and prioritized.

• Strong Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills in guiding the team and influencing stakeholders.

• Strategic Thinking: Exhibit strategic thinking in aligning learning solutions with business and technology strategies.
