Job Description
- Analyze application requirements and provide recommended design to support the business
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support
- As a member working in a team environment, you will work with security officer, enterprise architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design
- Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse
- Integration of existing/new Web applications with backend databases (internal and external)
- Work in a collaborative coding environment with knowledge of CI pipelines, GIT, SVN and deployments
- Strong Technical writing skills for updating supporting documentation, Knowledgebase articles etc.
- Follow Agile development practices for project execution
- Provide technical support and training to appropriate stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate degree in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science from an accredited university
- 2+ years of relevant IT experience with AEM backend development, with sound knowledge of Java, Sligthly and servlet services
- Adobe Certified developer preferred
- Efficient with Clientlibs, AEM component development and template development.
- Proficiency with AWS hosting will be a plus
- Proficiency in AEM authoring best practice
- Ability to review, revise and optimize AEM templates and components
- Experience working with Multi-site manager
- Knowledge in Adobe Assets (Digital Asset Management) functionality and integrations.
- Experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry will be a plus.
- Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Service Now etc.
- Helps drive a culture which motivates awareness and learning through creating space for conversations and debate.
- Demonstrates a focus on improving processes, structures, and knowledge within the team.
- Maintains a broad perspective when analyzing information and utilizes analytical thought while pushing others to do the same, considering long-term implications. Uses judgement and creativity in structuring work and finding solutions that are not obvious. Reviews and assess solutions proposed by others to determine the best path moving forward.
