Job Description
Oracle EBS Technical Consultant
Exp: 5yrs 10yrs
Location: Pune
NP: Immediate to 30days
Job Description - Taking up full ownership of assigned technical and development activities for change requests, minor enhancements, major enhancements, and project tasks.
- Perform Application development configuration setups.
- Development using languages / tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Java, OAF, BI Publisher, E-Business API s, E-Business Interfaces, AME, Workflow Builder, Discoverer, Web ADI etc.
- Demonstrate proficiency in creating XML and BI publisher reports and Alerts.
- Document code consistently throughout the development and/or enhancement process
- Generate and maintain required design and other documentation for the development tasks.
- Design solutions based upon business requirements and user specifications.
- Review technical solutions when needed.
- Participate in peer code/design reviews to ensure the delivery of quality solutions.
- Liaise with functional consultants primarily and with Business IS teams when needed during the design, development, and testing processes.
- Review, fix, enhance and develop code.
- Perform quality assurance for all deliverables.
- Raise Service Requests in Oracle Support for analyzing issues when needed, for system enhancement requirements.
- Perform technical analysis, design and build of OBIEE reports.
- Follow HMC Service Management guideline, adhering strictly to the processes and use the HMC ticket management system to follow Change and Release management processes for technical deployments.
