As a Customer Successive Executive (Telecalling) at Briskinfosec, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our services, and generating leads. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products/services and generate leads.
Identify customer needs, offer solutions, and schedule appointments for further engagement.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling targets.
Build strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
Report on feedback and insights gathered from customer conversations to help improve strategies.
Who We re Looking For
Recent graduates with a B.Com, BBA, or MBA degree (Fresher).
Strong interest in a career in sales, especially in telecalling and customer outreach.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
