Job function.

General.

Site survey,Installation co ordination actual installation and commissioning.

Provides technical support and maintenance services to customers

Technical support: Diagnose equipment issues, troubleshoot, and perform repairs

Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment functions optimally

Customer service: Interact with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide technical assistance

Process improvements: Develop and implement process improvements to ensure compliance with safety regulations

Training: Instruct customers on how to use specific types of hardware

Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams for intricate problem-solving

Documentation: Document service activities
