Job Title : Regional Project Lead - ATM Managed Services

About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and strategically minded Regional Project Lead to oversee all ATM Managed Services (AMS) projects across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.

- As the single point of contact (SPOC) for the Project Management Office (PMO) in these regions, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to project management standards, driving successful project execution, and delivering value to key stakeholders.

- This role requires strong leadership, strategic alignment, and project management expertise to ensure the seamless execution of AMS projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Regional Project Management: Oversee and manage all AMS projects across MEA and APAC, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives and PMO standards.

- Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and achievement of key milestones.

- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business stakeholders to align project goals with broader business strategies, ensuring optimal value realization.

- SPOC for MEA & APAC: Serve as the primary liaison between regional stakeholders and the PMO, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.

- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all projects adhere to PMO best practices, governance frameworks, and industry standards, maintaining consistency and excellence.

- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential challenges to ensure successful outcomes.

- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to regional project teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, deliver detailed reports to senior management, and ensure transparency in project execution.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience : Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in ATM Managed Services, Financial Technology, or IT Infrastructure.

- Project Management Expertise : Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or PMP), and best practices.

- Regional Exposure : Proven experience managing projects across MEA and APAC regions, with an understanding of cultural and business nuances.

- Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, vendors, and regional teams.

- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making : Ability to proactively address challenges, make informed decisions, and drive solutions in dynamic environments.

- Technical Acumen : Understanding of ATM operations, managed services, or banking technology solutions is a plus
