Job Description
Description
Brilyant is seeking a Finance Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate should have a B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance, or be a CA dropout. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in financial management, budgeting, and analysis, as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations. Proficiency in financial software and Excel, along with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, is essential.

- B.Com/M.Com/MBA in Finance or be a CA dropout.
- 2-4 years of experience as an Accounts/Finance Associate.
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Assist in developing financial plans and budgets.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Implement effective cash management procedures.
- Budget Management:
- Collaborate with department heads to create and manage budgets.
- Monitor and report on budget variances.
- Financial Audits:
- Coordinate and support external audits.
- Implement audit recommendations and best practices.
- Tax Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner.
- Financial Systems and Processes:
- Evaluate and improve financial systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Risk Management:
- Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and market trends.
- Understand customer requirements, map the right solutions, identify win themes, and competitive differentiators to develop winning proposals.
