Accounts Executive is a critical role to the success of the company. It combines Timesheet Management, bookkeeping and advanced financial planning into a single role. As the company grows, these roles will be filled by specific individuals, and the ideal candidate will evolve with the company. This person m us t be familiar with US accounting systems and California State tax codes.
Responsibilities :
A) Accounting (AR/AP/Invoicing / BookKeeping )
Monthly / Weekly Time Sheet Management for over 100+ Consultants
Monthly Invoicing
Account s Receivable Following Up with clients on daily basis and ensuring clients remain within the terms of their contracts with the company
QuickBooks Online Reconciliation
Financial Assessment and funds management for payrolls and other Vendor Payments
Bi-Weekly payroll runs and Health Insurance reimbursements
Prompt settlement of invoices issued by Vendors
Monitoring Credit card Transactions
Bank account s
Collections reporting
Employee set-up on Intuit payroll (W4/W9/I9)
Chase account for payment of reimbursements
QuickBooks employee profiles both as employee and as a vendor
Prompt settlement of invoices issued by Vendors / government body which were not automatically paid by checking account or cc.
Quarterly CA tax returns filing and saving pdf copy of tax return in our designated folder.
B) Reporting
Monthly financial reports to the CEO
Development of reports based on QuickBooks Online and ConnectWise
Financial forecasting
Budgeting
Profitability reporting by employee and client
Ongoing assessment of investments and resources
Experience Required
2-4 years of Finance / Accounting (should be familiar with US accounting ) management
3+ years of QuickBooks
3+ years of US Payroll processing
Solid experience with W4/W9/I9
Familiar with any Accounting/HR System/CRM / ERP / HRIT and open to learn new technologies
Desired Skills
Bachelor s degree or degree with a foc us on accounting is preferred
3+ Years of work experience in employee relations and have extensive experience in working within the US staffing ind us try
Possess MS Office Tools skills at advanced level
