Associate Director, Delivery & Program Management

Key Responsibilities :

• Has 15+ years of IT experience
• Strong working experience in Retail Consumer Goods space (5-10 years).
• Client and stakeholder Stewardship
• Oversee pre-sales business development activities
• Curate solutions (proactive & reactive) and offerings (practice and industry wise)
• Contribute to organization with different solutions/process improvements etc.
• Build resilient, inclusive teams
• Build the next set of leaders
• Handle ambiguity & manage conflicts
• Has good experience on custom application development (Full stack tech stack)
• Has good exposure atleast 1 cloud environment.
• P&L Leader managing both topline and bottom line with minimum revenue size of 15mn+ actively at present
• Strong engineering experience or technical depth across product and platform engineering space
• Experience in data/metrics led delivery governance
• Experience in driving portfolio and people level KPIs/OKRs
• Manage and influence CSAT and NPS for the portfolio
