Product Application Manager (CRDS Project & Crop applications)

• Will lead and manage team of Demonstrators in the assigned area.
• Prepare monthly plan and activity calendar for conducting promotional activities.
• Identify, interact & create pool of progressive formers
• Responsible to drive projects by aligning dealerships to the objective of the project.
• Good technical know-how of Tractor & Applications.
• Ensure right product placement in the assigned area & dealership.
• Ensure Delivery target achievement for the assigned territory.
• Responsible for completing the defined demo drives to increase visibility thereby resulting
  in an increase in the MS.
• Weekly Demos planning & daily Actual updation in system.
