Role & responsibilities
✅ Develop and execute a 360° digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
✅ Plan & optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
✅ Oversee paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), ensuring maximum ROI.
✅ Manage email marketing & automation campaigns to nurture leads and improve conversions.
✅ Leverage performance analytics & KPIs to optimize campaigns and enhance marketing effectiveness.
✅ Develop and implement a content strategy (blogs, social media, video marketing, etc.) to position BRIKitt as an industry leader.
✅ Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to create engaging and high-converting landing pages.
✅ Also have Some knowledge of ATL & BTL Activities
Preferred candidate profile
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand strategy.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
Experience in ATL & BTL marketing, including print, TV, PR, and on-ground activations.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling & brand building.
