Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of success in driving online growth. This role requires a strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Plan, manage, and optimize online marketing campaigns across all channels (search, social, email, display).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Content Marketing:
• Develop and implement a content strategy, including blog posts, articles, white papers, infographics, and videos.
• Manage content creation and distribution across all channels.
• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
• Social Media Marketing:
• Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns.
• Monitor social media conversations and respond to customer inquiries.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
• Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.
• Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) and optimize for ROI.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.
• Manage email lists and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).
• Use data to inform and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to leadership.
• Budget Management:
• Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and allocate resources across different channels.
• Stay Updated:
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving digital landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• Proven experience in managing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to stay updated on industry trends.
