Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy Development:
  
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across key channels including social media, search engines, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge.
• Align digital marketing strategies with overall business and marketing goals.
• Campaign Management:
  
• Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage and optimize content for web, email, social media, and digital advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
• Set up and manage A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance.
• SEO/SEM & Content Strategy:
  
• Optimize the company website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
• Oversee keyword research, on-page optimization, backlinking strategies, and content marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with content creators to develop and distribute high-quality, engaging content that supports digital campaigns.
• Social Media & Community Engagement:
  
• Manage and grow the companys social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Develop and post engaging content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Data-Driven Decisions & Analytics:
  
• Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to track campaign performance and user behavior.
• Analyze data and reports to measure ROI, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Present campaign performance reports to senior leadership with recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
  
• Work closely with the design and content teams to create compelling digital assets for campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales goals and customer acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with product teams to ensure digital marketing campaigns support product launches and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a strong portfolio of digital campaigns and performance metrics.
• Proven experience managing paid advertising (PPC, Google Ads, Social Ads, etc.) and organic growth (SEO).
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
