Job Title: BILLING MANAGER

Reports to: PROJECT MANAGER

Location: SONIPAT

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Billing Manager to oversee billing operations for our construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate billing, manage client relationships, and optimize revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage project billing, including preparation, review, and submission of invoices.

2. Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate billing information.

3. Develop and maintain billing schedules, milestones, and deadlines.

4. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.

5. Manage client relationships, addressing billing inquiries and disputes.

6. Analyze project financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

7. Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accurate revenue recognition.

8. Develop and implement billing processes and procedures.

9. Train and supervise billing staff.

10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

2. Minimum10 years of experience in construction billing.

3. Strong knowledge of construction field.

4. Proficient in Billing software.

5. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
