What is this role about?

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented calling agent to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers, making outbound and handling inbound calls, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for demo classes provided by our EdTech platform. The successful candidate will play a vital role in guiding leads through the enrolment process, offering assistance, and maintaining accurate documentation of their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound and inbound calls:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads, providing information about BrightChamps EdTech Platform's demo classes.
  • Handle inbound calls from individuals interested in our demo classes, addressing queries, and providing relevant details.

Lead Engagement:

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers through effective communication.

Guide leads through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Demo Class Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate demo classes for interested leads, aligning with their preferences and availability.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and progress through our CRM system.

Document feedback and any special requirements expressed by leads during the onboarding process.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Provide insights and feedback from lead interactions to improve our processes.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.

Shift details - 6 days working, 1 day rotational off

Shift timings - Night shift (10PM to 7 AM)

Notice Period- Immediate joiner

CTC: 18-20 K/month

Location: WFO (HSR Layout, Banglore)
