Job Description

-Excellent Com. Skill verbal & written in English
-People management skill
-Knowledge of basic formulas in MS Excel

HR Works:

1. Keep an on-going Recruitment process for all the assigned critical positions provided by the Management.
2. Documentation and maintenance of HR files of all the employees consisting of Resume, Educational, Experience, ID, Employee Database, Service Agreements, Legal notarization of the service agreements, offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters.
3. Relieving, F& F settlement with handling and taking over activities, closing the files.
4. Conducting monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annually feedback & sending congratulations e-mails to the employee those are completing work tenure, B Day e-mails etc.
5. Maintaining leave and attendance record.
6. Handling grievances issues between employees, on work related issues without taking it to the management (unless required).
7. Maintaining and paying PF, ESI, TDS Challan and Mediclaim records.
8. Updating HR manual and 3 rd party BGV.
9. New policy drafting as per the company needs.
10. Making notifications/instructions for workers.

Administrative work:

-Explore new vendors for various services and bring cost optimization
-Follow up with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery
-Vendor management for basic services like printing, stationary etc.
-Accommodation & travel arrangement
-Access and ID card creation
-Ensure the smooth flow of all the events held by the company.
