Hr Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department with various administrative tasks and ensure smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring they are accurate and up-to date.
• Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Assist in preparing and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Handle routine employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and payroll.
• Support HR team in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Assist with performance management processes and maintaining records.
• Coordinate the exit process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and presentations as required.
• Support in maintaining company policies and compliance with labor laws.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.

Key Requirements:

• A Master's degree in any field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or related roles (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and employee relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HR software/tools.
• An understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations.
