- Qualification: B. Com/M. Com/MBA in Marketing/Sales.
- Minimum of 3 years of Direct International Sales Experience (from scratch)
- Must have had accounts as a subject in education
- Identifying Prospective Industries, Researching and Contacting Decision Makers and Closing Sales (from scratch)
- Efficient in using Linked in
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Prospecting, emailing & Cold Calling international clients (US / UK / AUSTRALIA) Selling Outsourcing solutions (Accounting & Bookkeeping Services, Software Services etc.)
- Ability to understand customers industry and core business processes
- Works on creating innovative solutions for customers
- Consulting and interactions with C-level executives
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Business-to-Business Sales experience
- Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
- Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services
- Build long-term relationships with new clients
- Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Proficient in using MS office
- Must have good listening skills & should be a self-motivated person, & passionate for sales work
