Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinating with prospective candidates and assisting them with the Onboarding process.
Daily operations of the HR department – end to end Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction and employee engagement
Managing HRMS system
Data & document management on the central repository system.
Manage employees’ grievances and maintain MIS trackers.
Preparation and presentation of interactive dashboards and reports.
