IT Technical Recruiter

Role & responsibilities:-

• Source, screen, and evaluate technical candidates for various positions, including Java Developer, Salesforce Developer, Dotnet Developer, Angular Developer like technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using online platforms, job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience and serve as a company ambassador.
• Use data-driven insights to improve recruiting processes and hiring efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• Stable work history.
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Knowledge of various technical roles, skills, and sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport with candidates and team members.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
