Financial Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• CA Final is a mandate.
• Analysing the funding requirement of a project
• Preparation of projected cash flows & IM for loan proposals
• Liaising with financial institutions for day-to-day operational requirements
• Co-ordination with inter & intra departments for collation of data required for fund proposal
• Finalization & documentation of loan facilities
• Arranging data required to comply with pre/post disbursement conditions such as valuation, TSR, CA certificates etc.
• Compliance of various sanction covenants
• Other funding related requirements
• Assisting with periodic review of various loan facilities
• Preparation of monthly loan schedule
• Obtaining confirmation from banks on monthly rate of interest to ensure same is in line with sanction terms
• Verification of due amounts for funding the accounts on due date to ensure timely repayment of loan commitments
• Parking surplus funds in Mutual funds/FDs after analysing the returns on investment
• Co-ordinating with rating agencies for submission of data for all the rated entities of the group
• Preparation of Investor Presentation
• Preparation of various MIS as required by the management.
• Assisting the team in other related activities as and when necessity arises.
