SR. Executive Security- (Security, Surveillance & Risk management )

Role & responsibilities

1. Security Operations Management

• Monitor daily security deployment, attendance, and adherence to security protocols across assigned sites.
• Conduct scheduled and surprise site visits to ensure robust physical security, including guarding strength, access control, and material movement.
• Proactively identify gaps in security measures and propose solutions to the Reporting Manager (RM) for approval before implementation

2. Physical Security for Real Estate Projects

• Ensure site perimeter security, gate control, and monitoring of critical access points at construction and operational real estate projects.
• Conduct regular audits of physical security systems, including CCTV surveillance, intrusion alarms, and other equipment.
• Assess site-specific security risks and propose effective security solutions tailored to the real estate environment.

3. Incident and Emergency Response

• Coordinate swiftly with local law enforcement agencies during incidents, emergencies, or legal requirements at the site.
• Escalate critical incidents to the Reporting Manager (RM) for further assistance and support as needed.
• Investigate security breaches or safety concerns, analyse root causes, and implement corrective measures with prior RM discussion.
• Maintain detailed records of all incidents and ensure preventive actions are in place to mitigate future risks.

4. Agency and Personnel Management

• Monitor the performance of security agencies to ensure strict compliance with SLA terms and quality standards.
• Conduct interviews for new security personnel, verify documentation, and approve deployment only after RM review.
• Address security staff grievances promptly and ensure high morale through regular engagement.

5. Reporting and Compliance

• Prepare and submit Monthly MIS reports, including security deployment, achievements, incidents, and SLA performance.
• Verify agency invoices for discrepancies and ensure SLA penalties are applied where applicable.
• Maintain updated site-level registers, logs, and documentation to ensure accountability and compliance.

6. Strategic Security Planning

• Conduct security risk assessments and surveys at sites to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Develop physical security strategies, such as optimized guarding, surveillance enhancements, and emergency plans, with RM approval prior to execution.
• Collaborate with project teams and site admins to ensure alignment between security measures and operational needs

7. Surveillance and Night Checks

• Perform surprise night checks weekly to verify security guard performance, attendance, and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and material movement registers for any irregularities.
• Promptly report deviations or breaches to the RM and recommend corrective actions.

8. Coordination with Law Enforcement

• Engage with local law enforcement agencies in case of incidents, security breaches, or legal requirements at sites.
• Keep the Reporting Manager (RM) informed and seek further support or guidance for complex situations.

General Expectations: -

• Proactively coordinate with project teams, site admins, and security agencies to address security requirements.
• Ensure efficient utilization of security resources while maintaining safety standards across ongoing project sites.

All security implementations, changes, or strategies must be discussed and approved by the Reporting Manager (RM) prior to execution.
