Power BI dev

Overall 4-6 years of strong experience in Power BI

Understand the data and prepare data models, Dims & Facts necessary for the visualization purpose

Design & Develop intuitive and interactive reports/dashboards as per customer requirements

Ability to understand the business requirements and create DIM & Facts

Experience in connecting to various data sources from Power BI

Experience in developing complex DAX queries

Setting up Power BI workspaces and build reports on Power BI using data from Azure

Strong understanding of Power BI user and group security configuration

Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of reports/dashboards

Experience in SSAS or Azure Analysis Services Proficient in the use of TSQL for developing complex Stored Procedures, Triggers, Tables, views, indexes etc..

Create & maintain documentation

Create test cases to test the reports

Knowledge in consuming Rest/Soap API

Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Good to have exposure to Azure DevOps and Azure pipelines for CI/CD
