Job Role : Digital Marketing Strategist

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Analyst, who can join our team and will be responsible for Digital Marketing, Communication, Branding and Social Media efforts. We are looking for an all-rounder with strong expertise in many of these areas and the ability to become expert in the areas that are new to him/her. Marketing is a new function at Bridgesoft and there are no established systems or processes. Responsibilities:

- Build and execute an online brand strategy targets Bridgesoft customers

- Manage Bridgesoft presence including website, LinkedIn,indeed, Facebook and other platforms

- Develop, implement, and measure unique and eye-catching social media campaigns

- Responsible for Inbound marketing and Outbound marketing

- Writing, editing and publishing engaging content

- Creating appealing images and videos to complement text

- Promote our employer brand with existing employees and clients

- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audienceengagement

Requirements:

- 3+years of Experience in IT sector

- Excellent communication skills

- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social media Branding

- Advanced knowledge of best practices, standards and insights of all relevant platforms and their functions including, but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Glassdoor, and Indeed

- Proven work experience as a social media copy writer

- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
