Commissary Manager - D2C - Food Industry (5-8 yrs)

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the client's commissary, ensuring all processes from food preparation to distribution are executed smoothly & efficiently.

- Manage raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG) inventory as per defined norms.

- Collaborate with vendors for supply needs, negotiating terms and ensuring timely delivery of materials based on production requirements.

- Ensure strict adherence to health, hygiene, and safety protocols at the commissary, complying with regulatory and internal standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years in commissary or central kitchen management, with a focus on food production & inventory control.

- In-depth knowledge of inventory control (RM, PM & FG) and vendor management processes.

- Expertise in maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation, including familiarity with HACCP protocols.
