Manager/Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Candidate to Manage the end-to-end receivables process.

Role & responsibilities

• Ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
• Ensuring the invoices posted in the books adhere to all the statutory norms as well as the internal SOPS.
• Regular follow ups with the customers for collection of their outstanding's.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce outstanding dues.
• Monitor customer accounts, analyze aging reports, and take proactive steps to minimize credit risk.
• Assisting in establishing and enforcing credit policies, procedures, and terms in line with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, and Operations) to resolve disputes and improve collection processes.
• Conduct regular reviews of AR reports, reconciliations, and account settlements.
• Managing end to end receivables with the customers till their account is settled.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present reports on receivables status, cash flow forecasts, and key metrics to senior management on daily basis.
• Automatizing the daily AR reports as required by the management.
• Preparing documentation for LC (letter of credit) issuance (both inland / foreign), LC acceptance, LC discounting, Invoice discounting etc.

Preferred candidate profile -

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management.
• MBA in Finance or other
• Strong understanding of Credit Risk Management, Invoicing, & Collection Strategies.
• Proficiency in Financial software(Tally) is must.
• Knowledge of advance excel & PPT is must.
