Treasury and Collection Manager - Brick2wall

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the company's treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and fund management.
• Independently raise financial limits, secure/unsecured credit facilities, various other credit instruments and manage lender relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong banking and financial institution partnerships to ensure optimal funding solutions for the organisation.
• Monitor market trends, interest rates, and financial risks to develop strategies for cost-effective funding.
• Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements, financial covenants, and reporting standards.
• Ensuring that the organisation has the most cost effective funding structure at all the times.
• Manage debt servicing, loan structuring, and repayment schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Risk, and Compliance) to align treasury functions with business goals.
• Implement and optimize treasury management systems and automation tools.
• Prepare treasury reports, cash flow projections, and financial dashboards for senior management.
• Handling all the communication between the lenders and the organisation.
• Preparing and submitting documents from time to time for availing various credit limits offered by lenders.

Key Requirements:

• 7-10 years of total experience, with 3-5 years in treasury operations within an NBFC or fund raising in similar industry.
• Proven track record in raising financial limits, managing debt, and securing funding.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, banking regulations, and credit facilities.
• Knowledge of Handling LC (letter of credit) issuance (both inland / foreign), LC acceptance, Invoice discounting etc is must
• Strong communication skills to engage with banks, investors, and internal stakeholders.
