Roles and Responsibilities:
Leadership and Campaign Management:
Lead the performance marketing department, overseeing campaign management across Google, YouTube, and Meta platforms to ensure they meet client objectives.
Guide the development of high-quality landing pages and compelling ad copy to optimize conversion rates.
Supervise the creation and maintenance of campaign reports, ensuring data-driven decisions that enhance campaign performance.
Client Interaction and Satisfaction:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all performance marketing-related client communications, ensuring high satisfaction levels and fostering long-term relationships.
Proactively manage and resolve any issues or escalations related to campaigns to maintain client trust and retention.
Creative and Strategic Inputs:
Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure that ads and supporting visuals are crafted to the highest standards of effectiveness and creativity.
Contribute to strategic planning sessions, providing insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor key performance indicators and make real-time adjustments to campaigns to ensure they consistently meet or exceed targets.
Implement innovative strategies and techniques to maximize client ROI and drive business growth.
Team Development and Mentorship:
Train and mentor team members in best practices, ensuring a high level of expertise within the team.
Manage the teams performance, setting clear goals and objectives to foster a productive and engaging work environment.
Business Development Support:
Assist in the acquisition of new clients by supporting sales initiatives with expert insights and client success stories.
Engage in networking and industry events to promote our performance marketing services and attract potential business opportunities.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in Google Ads management, with specific experience in healthcare marketing strongly preferred.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
Certifications: Google Ads certification preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using Google Analytics, CRM software, and landing page builders like SwipePages.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for daily interactions with clients and team members.
Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
