Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Brand Sales Specialist youll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBMs industry leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Management and Value Definition: Effectively manage client relationships, define IBMs value proposition, and engage key decision-makers.Engaging, Compelling, and Influential Communication: Ability to communicate in an engaging, compelling, and influential manner.
  • Sales Process Management and Collaboration: Oversee the entire sales process, with a focus on expanding new business opportunities, and collaborate closely with various IBM teams.Proficiency of sales forecast
  • Ability to discover business problems and technical obstacles
  • Ability to apply value selling techniques
  • Ability to develop true pricing logic
  • Adoption of sales best practices developed at IBM

      • Required Technical and Professional Expertise

        • Tech Sales Success: Experience with 10-15years demonstrated success in technology sales, particularly in acquiring new clients.
        • Business Acumen and Communication Skills: Possess strong business acumen and effective communication skills.
        • 3+ years in Consulting management role including, business development, mentoring, technology solutions development and relationship management.
        • Familiar with business Infrastructure concepts and technologies ( Middleware, Integration, API, SOA, Microservices, ESB, SOAP/REST, Docker, Kubernetes, VMWare, Azure, GCP, AWS)


        Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

        • Expertise in the Automation Market: Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the automation market, enabling you to consult with clients and build trust (training on IBMs Automation offerings will be provided).
