Were searching for a talented individual to take on therole of designing our exquisite range of accessories, working closely with brandbriefs. This includes the curation of entire collections, securing necessaryapprovals, fine-tuning selections, and preparing trims and associated elements.

Responsibilities:

Seasonal Range Development : Plan andexecute seasonal accessory ranges aligned with market trends and specificbusiness needs.

Expertise in Product Design : Leverageextensive knowledge of designing hard luggage, soft luggage, leather goods,backpacks, handbags, and materials like leather, fabric, and hard luggagecomponents.

Team Management : Lead and manage thedesign and sampling team to ensure timely delivery of innovative concepts.

Proficiency in Design Tools : Demonstrateexpertise in design software, including 3D tools, to enhance productdevelopment efficiency.

Trend Forecasting & Innovation :Analyze design trends, guide the team in generating innovative ideas, andensure competitive, trend-aligned designs.

Brand Development : Actively pitch andconceptualize new designs to attract and onboard new brands.

Requirements
Preferred Candidate:

Educational Background : Hold a B.Des froma reputed design institute; a Master\u2019s degree is an added advantage.

Industry Experience : Possess 8+ years ofrelevant experience with a strong focus on Luggage, Accessories, Handbags, andBackpacks.

Attention to Detail : Demonstratemeticulous attention to detail with a structured and organized work approach.

Presentation Skills : Excel in deliveringimpactful and engaging presentations.

Technical Proficiency : Showcase expertisein design software, including 3D tools, to drive innovation.

Industry Knowledge : Have a solid understanding of the luggageindustry and its nuances.
