Brand Partnership & Recruitment Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a Brand Partnership & Recruitment Manager to build and expand our network of Indian brands for global e-commerce distribution. This role involves identifying and recruiting Indian businesses that have no presence in EU, UK, or USA and working with them on a margin-based partnership model.

*This job requires travel across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach Indian brands with high export potential for international expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, presenting the value proposition of our aggregator platform.
• Develop strategies to target and recruit businesses across diverse product categoriesfashion, electronics, home goods, etc.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze competitors in the Indian e-commerce space.
• Work with internal teams to onboard sellers, ensuring smooth product integration and compliance with international standards.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, and partnership agreements with brands.
• Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to streamline onboarding and maximize visibility for recruited brands.
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and new partnerships.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships within the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Proven track record in brand acquisition, recruitment, or vendor management.
• In-depth knowledge of the Indian e-commerce landscape and global marketplace trends.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with inventory and fulfillment processes for international markets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
• Ability to travel as needed and work independently to meet targets.
