Role & responsibilities.
Job:Branch Manager.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
Location:Kolhapur.
Experience In Years: 3-5 years of experience in the brokerage or capital market, with a minimum of 1 years in a leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- The Branch Manager at PhillipCapital India will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the branch.
- This role involves leading a term to offer various products and services of the organization along with ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and mentor a team of wealth managers / relationship managers and other sales staff to achieve individual and branch goals.
- Develop new relationships and enhance the depth of existing relationships with retail and HNI clients.
- Identify, cultivate and manage client relationships to provide a comprehensive suite of services and products tailored to clients needs.
- Cross sell third party investment products such as mutual funds, bonds, PMS, Insurance and Advisory products.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to enhance team capabilities.
- Implement operational policies and procedures in line with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and stay competitive.
- Ensure all branch activities comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to mitigate risk and maintain compliance.
- Analyze branch financial reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about market developments, emerging trends, and investment products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that attract new clients.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and networking events to enhance client engagement and market presence.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase the firm's investment offerings and expertise.
- Onboard business channels AP & IFA.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by driving brokerage fees, commissions, and cross-selling financial product such as Mutual funds, Insurance, Bonds, Advisory , PMS etc and also report to HO.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and trading platforms.
