Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing team to create strategic ad campaigns that align with our business goals and deliver measurable results.

What you will do in this role:

• Plan, optimize, implement and manage paid search campaigns for a variety of clients.

• Ensure PPC campaigns are up and optimized according to brief and best practice guidelines.

• Develop near and long-time paid search strategies and campaigns for clients. • Manage medium to large-sized PPC budgets.

• Work with the content team to ensure landing pages are effectively optimized for all PPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and conversion is possible.

• Experienced in shopping campaign & ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, Google AdWords, , Google Tag Manager, Digital Campaigns, Ad Optimization, search ads, smart ads, and experience in e-commerce tracking.

• Work with the PPC Manager to ensure all paid search activity falls in line with the larger search marketing and digital marketing strategy.

• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends. • Analyze activity and performance of all paid search campaigns and report findings back to the PPC Manager and subsequent clients. • Perform keyword research and manage all bid management for your clients.

What qualifications you will need:

• Education: Any Graduate or Any Post Graduate.
• Experience: 4-6 years in Paid Media marketing.
• Technical Skills Proficiency with Ad Platforms: Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and others.
• Analytics Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools to track and measure campaign performance.
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimization principles, as they can complement paid media strategies.
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyse campaign data to optimize performance and make data-driven decisions.
• A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing methodologies to test and optimize ad creatives and strategies.
• Preferred Qualifications: • Graduate/ Post Graduate in field of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or Advertising.
• Agency experience • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Certified Digital Marketing, Adobe Advertising.
