Position Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 8years in a Digital Marketing agency. This role demands a deep understanding of SEO.
• Client Handling: Must have experience managing min. 10 to 20 clients.
• Notice Period - Immediate joinner/30 Days
• Proven experience in managing client relationships, gathering requirements, and providing SEO strategy plans. Ability to train and mentor junior SEO team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present SEO data and strategies to clients and internal teams clearly.
• Proficiency in English for client interactions is mendatory for this postion.
• Ability to handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  
• Deep understanding of SEO, including organic search and search engine marketing strategies.
  
• Experience managing a team of SEO analysts and overseeing strategy execution.
  
• Strong technical and content proficiency.
  
• Expertise in using SEO tools such as GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
  
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage projects efficiently with minimal supervision.
  
• Competence with project management and analytical tools.
  
• Self-starter with quick comprehension of requirements.
  
• Collaborative team player with a focus on both individual and team success.
  
• Comfortable working in an asynchronous environment.
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of SEO strategies, ensuring successful delivery for all client projects.
  
• Develop customized SEO strategies, including content planning, competitor analysis, keyword research, content pillar cluster strategies, and identifying growth opportunities.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients, maintaining strong relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring client retention.
  
• Perform key technical SEO tasks such as optimizing site crawlability, ensuring indexability, and executing on-page SEO enhancements.
  
• Generate and present comprehensive monthly and quarterly SEO reports, communicating campaign progress, presenting new strategies, and maintaining client relationships.
  
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with the overall marketing and business objectives of the clients.
  
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior SEO team members, ensuring they understand SEO strategies, tools, and best practices.
  
• Ensure all SEO initiatives align with client KPIs and business goals.
  
• Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  
• Maintain and continuously update a library of SEO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  
• Make data-driven decisions by leveraging both technical insights and content opportunities to meet client objectives.
  
• Deliver quality work under tight deadlines, managing time and priorities effectively.
  
• Learn and adapt to BrainMines processes and methodologies, and contribute to their improvement over time.
  
• Plan, implement, and measure the success of experiments and conversion rate optimization tests.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and forward-thinking SEO approaches.
