Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building campaigns.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee and optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times, mobile-friendliness, and excellent user experience.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, search rankings, and SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with the PPC team to create synergies between paid and organic search efforts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in managing SEO campaigns and improving search rankings.
• Strong understanding of
• (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
• Expertise in technical SEO, HTML, CSS, and web optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of backlink strategies and white-hat SEO practices.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience managing PPC campaigns or working closely with PPC teams.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and schema markup.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and how they impact SEO.
• Experience with local SEO and optimization for real estate markets.
• Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or SEO-related courses.
