Job Title: Relationship Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth through client retention and expansion.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional clients' service.
3. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
4. Collaborate with internal teams.
5. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
6. Monitor industry trends and market developments to anticipate client needs and offer innovative solutions.
7. Prepare and deliver presentations or reports to clients, showcasing the value of our services and providing insights for improvement.
8. Track and analyze key performance metrics related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
9. Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the Real estate Industry
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Languages - English, Hindi
4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and address client concerns effectively.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
9. Flexibility to travel occasionally to meet with clients or attend industry events.
10. A clients-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
