Production Manager- Sweater

We are hiirng for the role of Production Manager- Sweater

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet production targets, timelines, and customer requirements.
• Lead, manage, and mentor production teams, supervisors, technicians, and operators to ensure efficient operations, performance excellence, and skill development.
• Optimize manufacturing processes, techniques, and workflows to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness within the sweater production department.
• Implement quality assurance measures, standards, and protocols to ensure the production of high-quality sweaters that meet design specifications, customer expectations, and industry standards.
• Allocate, manage, and optimize resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and facilities, to maximize production output, minimize waste, and control costs.
• Develop, monitor, and manage production budgets, cost estimates, expenditures, and financial performance to achieve profitability targets and cost optimization within the production department.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, labor laws, safety standards, environmental guidelines, ethical practices, and customer-specific requirements related to sweater manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, innovation projects, technology adoption, and best practice implementation

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not always required.

Minimum experience of 4-5 years in the related field
